US Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) is leading a field of possible candidates for the 2028 Democratic presidential nomination in New Hampshire according to a poll, and she will not rule out a bid. The survey, the Granite State Poll from the University of New Hampshire, shows Ocasio-Cortez with 22 percent support among respondents. Former US Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg follows closely at 21 percent.
