A federal judge has temporarily blocked the deportation of a witness to a fatal shooting by an ICE agent in Houston, Texas.
The witness was one of the men in the vehicle when an ICE agent killed Lorenzo Salgado Araujo in Houston.
Salgado Araujo, a Mexican homebuilder, was shot in Houston's East End, according to reports.
Passengers in the vehicle claimed that ICE agents rammed their van before opening fire.
The court order temporarily halts removal proceedings for the witness.
