Archaeologists in El Salvador have exhumed human remains believed to be nearly 3,000 years old, according to the country's Ministry of Culture.
The remains were found face down, archaeologists reported. The discovery was made during work carried out by archaeologists in the country.
The skeleton will undergo radiocarbon dating to determine its precise age, and DNA analysis will be conducted to establish the person's sex.
