Guillaume Pley, the founder of the online media outlet Legend, is accused of having exchanged sexual messages with a 14-year-old minor on Facebook in 2011. At the time, Pley was 26 years old and hosted the show 'Guillaume Radio 2.0' on the radio station NRJ.

Two days after their previous exchange, Pley proposed a threesome to the minor. These revelations add to previous accusations reported by Les Inrockuptibles and YouTuber TPZ, which alleged that Pley exchanged sexual messages with minors between 2011 and 2018.
In a statement on Instagram on Monday, August 7, Pley admitted that certain messages were clearly inappropriate and lacked discernment. He claimed that not all messages originated from him because his social media accounts were co-managed with his team at the time.
Former co-host Florent Le Gars stated on social media that the teams never had access to Pley's private messages on social networks and did not send those messages. Amina Kasimi, a former member of Pley's team at NRJ, responded that they are trying to make them bear responsibilities that are not theirs.
Colleague denies knowledge and considers legal action
Julien Seeberger, a protagonist of Pley's show who was 25 years old at the time, denied being informed of these exchanges. Seeberger stated that Pley tried to lure his prey with his character.
Seeberger announced on Instagram that he contacted his lawyer to consider legal action for public defamation. The allegations come amid other accusations against Pley, including allegations of sexual harassment involving a 2013 video where he is seen or unexpectedly kissing women in the street.
In 2023, a young woman denounced inappropriate questions and gestures by Pley on X, occurring during an internship for the show 'Guillaume radio 2.0'. An investigation by Les Inrockuptibles also reported that Pley allowed a toxic and xenophobic climate to establish within the editorial staff of Legend.
Comedian Ragnar Le Breton announced his withdrawal from the Zéniths tour organized by Legend following the publication of the article. The tour consists of approximately fifteen dates and is scheduled to begin in October.
