Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) is still recovering from a fall he suffered at home last month, according to a video posted Saturday by independent journalist Nicholas Ballasy in which Sen. Shelley Moore Capito (R-W.Va.) relayed a visitor's description of McConnell as 'clear-minded.'
McConnell is not 'medically cleared' to return to the Senate nor to his home state of Kentucky until he finishes his stint in a rehabilitation center, according to the Office of the Attending Physician. He continues rehabilitation with multiple daily physical therapy sessions after his June fall.
