A 19-year-old Syrian national, Ali Anzo, died following a stabbing in the Yedikule neighborhood of Fatih, Istanbul, Turkey. The incident occurred around 02:00 in front of a park on İmam Hüseyin Street.
The confrontation reportedly involved four Syrian individuals who arranged to meet following a dispute on social media. Alaa Hasan, the cousin of Ali Anzo, stated that the individuals had argued on Instagram and intended to reconcile during the meeting.
The meeting turned into a fight, during which Ali Anzo was stabbed in the heart. Ali Hilal was also stabbed during the fight and is receiving medical treatment in the hospital. One individual remains in intensive care with serious injuries.
