Presenter Tony Livesey has left BBC Radio 5 Live after 16 years, Heidi Dawson, the controller of BBC Radio 5 Live, confirmed in an email to staff.
Livesey stepped back from his show last month following allegations against his former boss, David Sullivan. Sullivan is a billionaire businessman and co-owner of West Ham United.
The allegations, which involve several women accusing Sullivan of abusing his power and preying on them for sex, were part of a joint investigation by The Times and BBC Panorama. David Sullivan has strongly denied the allegations made against him.
Past professional links
Livesey previously worked as editor-in-chief of David Sullivan's Daily and Sunday Sport publications. He spent 18 years at the Sport newspaper company before leaving in 2006.
One alleged victim claimed Tony Livesey arranged a meeting between her and David Sullivan in 1999. Livesey said he had no recollection of introducing the woman to Sullivan and stated it was not part of his job to do so. He rejected any suggestion that he played any role whatsoever in that scenario.

Livesey stated he had practically zero contact with anyone appearing in the Sport newspaper. While a 1998 book claimed he and David Sullivan devised a 'countdown to 16' feature, Livesey stated the feature was categorically not his idea.
David Sullivan, who is 77 years old, announced his resignation as a director and co-chair of West Ham United on 6 June.
