Jason Droege served as interim CEO of Scale AI.
Jason Droege stepped in as interim CEO of Scale AI in June 2025. The appointment was disclosed when the company announced that Francis DeSouza would take over as CEO, effective August 10, 2025, succeeding Droege.
DeSouza brings over 30 years of enterprise technology experience, most recently as COO and president of security at Google Cloud. Scale AI has recently added BP and Mayo Clinic as customers and expanded government work.
