Denza, a premium brand under BYD, has introduced the new Z9S, a fully electric sedan.
The vehicle is available in three variants with CLTC ranges of 780 km, 920 km, and 1,100 km. Denza claims the Z9S possesses the world’s longest pure electric range of 1,100 km (CLTC).

Performance and Charging
The single-motor version of the Z9S is equipped with a 102.3 kWh lithium iron phosphate (LFP) Blade Battery 2.0. This variant produces 370 kW, which is approximately 503 hp or 496 hp.
A tri-motor, four-wheel-drive performance version is also available, producing 890 kW, cited as approximately 1,194 hp or 1,200 hp.
The sedan utilizes BYD's Flash Charging technology. BYD claims this system can charge the battery from 10% to 70% in five minutes and from 10% to 97% in nine minutes.

The Denza Z9S measures 5,090 mm in length, 1,980 mm in width, and has a 3,025 mm wheelbase.
Pricing and Market Context
In China, the Denza Z9S starting price is 319,800 yuan, which is approximately $47,300 or $51,800. The tri-motor Performance variant is priced at 389,900 yuan, or approximately $57,700.
