Everton has reportedly made a 40 million Euro offer to Galatasaray for Barış Alper Yılmaz, according to a report first published by the Turkish newspaper Sabah.
The 26-year-old forward finished the previous season with 12 goals and 14 assists, marking a career record for the player.

Galatasaray has reportedly requested that Everton also cover the 20% sell-on clause fee owed to Ankara Keçiörengücü. If Everton accepts this demand, Galatasaray would receive a net 40 million Euro from the transfer.
The Turkish club reportedly plans to use the revenue from the sale of Yılmaz to complete the transfer of AC Milan player Rafael Leao.
Yılmaz was previously the subject of offers from Saudi Arabia last summer, though Galatasaray management did not allow the transfer at that time.
