Leaked marketing materials for the Pixel 11 series indicate that the rear light system, previously referred to as 'Pixel Glow', will be marketed under the name 'HiLight'.
Roland Quandt of WinFuture shared an official-looking marketing image for the Pixel 11 Pro Fold on Bluesky. The image, which may have originated from Google France or a French retailer, displays the 'HiLight' branding.
The 'HiLight' feature is reported to illuminate when the smartphone is placed face down to provide visual cues. It also illuminates when a favorite contact calls or when the user chats with Gemini.
The feature is intended to replace the traditional flash with a light capable of changing color.

The Pixel 11 series is set to be announced on August 12. This launch event is expected to occur in approximately one week.
