The Advertising Board's investigation included misleading visa consultancy advertisements on Instagram, particularly regarding Schengen, UK, and Canada visas.
The Board determined that visa and appointment processes can only be finalized by authorized institutions, ruling that unauthorized firms making promises of certain results is deceptive to consumers.

The account 'vizeburadan' used the expression 'We offer a guarantee of getting an appointment for the most suitable date without problems'.
The account 'vizemerkezi' claimed 'UK visa ready in 3 weeks' and 'Canada visa ready in an average of 1 month'.
The Instagram account 'vizedos' used the claims 'Fast result guarantee' and '100% approval guarantee for Bulgarian visas'.
The account 'vizerandevubotu' used the claims 'VIP visa appointment within 24 hours through the countries we recommend' and 'The fastest appointment'.
The Instagram account 'kosmosvizede' claimed it is 'the only private institution authorized for Greece visa applications in Türkiye'.
