Asya Tur, a bus company with 64 years of history, has been sold. The Kocaeli-based company was acquired by businessman Cemil Uzuner, from Gölcük, Turkey, and İsa Yılgın, the owner of Turindex Turizm.
The sale and share transfer agreement between the previous owners and the new owners was completed approximately 10 days ago, according to a report by Bahar Özdemir from Özgün Kocaeli.
Asya Tur had been operating under Genç Tur since 2020. The shares were previously owned by businessmen Ali Genç, Niyazi Genç, and Kadir Genç through Genç Tur.

Founded in 1962 by Ahmet Tevfik Bezci, the company was managed by Haldun Bezci and İbrahim Bezci during its history.
