Total reserves of the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye (TCMB) increased by $1.842 billion during the week of July 31 compared to the previous week, reaching a total of $164.448 billion.
The rise in total reserves was driven by both foreign exchange and gold assets.
TCMB gross foreign exchange reserves as of July 31
Gross foreign exchange reserves grew by $1.415 billion during the same period, rising from $62.396 billion on July 24 to $63.811 billion on July 31.
Gold reserves of the TCMB increased by $427 million, rising from $100.21 billion to $100.637 billion.
